NxusCloud Inc. and www.Nxuscloud.com encourage all of their customers to read and understand this refund policy prior to using any of their products or services, and it is the user’s responsibility to review this Refund Policy on a regular basis (from time to time) for any recent changes, improvements, or revisions.

NxusCloud Inc. and Nxuscloud.com reserve a right to change this Refund Policy at any time with or without any notice to our users, customers, buyers or client. In this Refund Policy, We (NxusCloud Inc. and Nxuscloud.com) may be called as “We”, “Our” or “Us” and Users, Buyers or Purchaser of our offered products or services be referred as “You” or “Your”. Products purchased from NxusCloud Inc. and https://Nxuscloud.com is only refundable if cancelled within the refund period specified in this policy. Some goods have different refund policies or conditions than others, and some are not refundable under any circumstances. The refund policies that apply to these products are detailed in the section below.
1. Definition or Meaning:
“Date of the Transaction”:
The “date of the transaction” refers to the date of purchase of the product or Service, as well as the date on which any renewal is processed by NxusCloud Inc. in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant product or service agreement, for the purposes of this Refund Policy (see here).
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
2. Refund for Hosting Services:
- We (www.Nxuscloud.com) offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on VPS and Dedicated Server hosting.
- Each customer is only eligible for limited refund (i.e. multiple services do not qualify or multiple signups are not permitted).
- Our refunds do not include the setup fee (which is $8.95 for shared/reseller hosting and $19.95 for VPS hosting).
- Refunds for VPS Hosting do not include the setup fee, which is already included in the price.
- Dedicated Server hosting Refund
Additional services, such as WHMCS licenses/upgrades, domain registration, migration, dedicated IPs, and other licenses, are not refundable (such as Lite Speed for VPS). Within 31 days of the cancellation date, a written request for a refund must be submitted via a ticket in the client area.
Bitcoin You will be refunded in the same cryptocurrency you used to pay the invoice. A valid Bitcoin address is a set of around 34 mixed case (upper/lower) alphanumeric characters (0-9, a-z, A-Z), which start with a 1 or a 3.n Transactions. After the account is closed, no refunds will be issued. Your refund will be sent to your refund address within 1-2 business days
3. Late Invoices:
At NxusCloud Inc., we do not provide any extensions on any invoices. We do not give invoices on particular dates in the month, so all invoices must be paid by the due date. You have four days after an invoice is generated to pay delinquent invoices until your account is terminated. To reactivate your account, you will be charged a $15.00 late fee. If your payment is outstanding for more than 14 days, your account will be terminated. We will make every attempt to contact you 24 hours prior to the termination of your account and/or services. When your account is terminated, all data and services, including backups, will be removed from our servers. Once your account is terminated, there will be no way to recover your data.
Standard Refund Terms:
Within 30 days of the transaction date.
4. For an Expert Service:
You are not entitled to a refund for an Expert Service for which you have already paid; but, if services have not yet been provided, you are qualified for a refund within 30 days of such transaction date.
5. For Get Started Service:
If a Get Started Service has already been performed, you will not be eligible for any refund; but, if Get Started Service has not yet been performed, you will be eligible for a refund within 30 days of such transaction date.
6. For an IT Services:
IT Services has already been performed, you will not be eligible for any refund; but, if IT Service has not yet been performed, you will be eligible for a refund within 30 days of such transaction date. Some of the details of Subscriptions are;
- Annual Subscriptions are non-refundable in this case.
- If one or more requests are completed during the billing period, your monthly subscription will not be refunded.
7. MSP Service:
MSP Service is a 12-month commitment, including a $2,000 setup fee for office365 and google workspace to connect back to your domain. The setup fee will be non-refundable. Microsoft Office 365 Platform/services, including emails and other Microsoft products, Our MSP IT Service support cost is a $100 a month for up to 50 users, with any extra costs billed accordingly.
MSP cancelation: If you want to cancel your MSP Service, you must do so 30 days before the end of your 12-month commitment. After that, you can move to a different MSP, and Nxuscloud.com will work with the new MSP to transfer your Office365 or google.com workspace services.
8. Purchased a product with a free domain:
If you cancel any purchased product that includes a free domain name, the listed price for the domain name will be deducted from your refund amount (the listed price is the price of the domain name listed on Nxuscloud.com website and is not subject to any promotion, discount, or other reduction in price).
9. SEO Services:
SEO Services are 12-month commitment services; in order to achieve the best outcomes, you must use the Services for the entire 12-month period. You can cancel any SEO Services plan within 48 hours of the purchase date and receive a full refund for the remaining months decided upon; such refund will be issued back to your original payment form. There will be no refunds for previous months.
If you buy any monthly plan and cancel more than 48 hours after the transaction, you agree to pay for the current month’s SEO Services, but Go Daddy will not charge you for any future months. However, you will not be reimbursed for the expense of the current or previous months.
If you buy a semiannual or annual plan and cancel earlier than 48 hours after the transaction date, you agree to pay for the current month’s SEO Services and Go Daddy will give a 50% prorated refund to your original payment method for any remaining unused months.
10. Social Media Management Services:
https://Nxuscloud.com SMM service needs a 12-month minimum commitment to see progress; client social media accounts; you can cancel Social Media Management service. We will not charge you for future months if you cancel at any time. However, unless the Service has already been completed, you will not be refunded. For the current or previous months. Suppose you cancel Social Media Management and request a refund within 30 days minus the setup fee. In that case, you will receive a full refund for that month of Service. However, after 48 hours, you are liable for paying for that month but will not be billed for subsequent months.
11. Website Design Services:
Web Services:
When web design services are in process, a 30% cancellation fee will be paid; a 50% cancellation fee will be charged when the site design is delivered for review; and the fee is non-refundable until the first modification is done. You are entitled to a refund if services have not yet been provided within 30 days of the transaction date. Once performance has begun, web service design is considered completed 180 days after the transaction date and is not refundable.
Logo Design:
When a logo design is in the works, there is a 40% cancellation fee that is non-refundable before the artwork is delivered. If the transaction has not yet been completed, you may request a refund within 30 days of the transaction date. Once performance has begun, the logo design is considered delivered 180 days after the transaction date and is not refundable.
Website Makeover Services:
When it comes to Website Makeover Services, there is a 30% cancellation fee when the project is in progress, a 50% cancellation fee when the site design is delivered for review, and the fee is non-refundable before the project is finished.
12. List of Products That Are Not Refundable:

- Configuration Add-Ons,
- Office356 Bundles,
- Google workspace bundles
- Premium Domain Names,
- Redemption Fees,
- Transfers (if successful),
- All Registrations or Renewals in the following TLD’s are fully non-refundable.
